We will hold our March Board mtg at the Fanwood Train Station meeting room (second floor) at 8:00 pm on Monday, March 7, 2011.
The SPFSA traditionally meets the first Wednesday of each month @ 8:00 pm @ Scotch Hills C.C., 820 Jerusalem Road, Scotch Plains. All are welcome. Meetings typically include reports from executive board members on such topics as field issues, finances and the three player programs, House, Inter-County and Travel. Each meeting has a particular focus and may include guest speakers. On occasion, a meeting may be cancelled or rescheduled with notice given on our homepage.
Meetings are open to the public, media and all members of the SPFSA. Executive closed session is only conducted for discussion of personnel issues. A treasurer’s report is issued each meeting and an audit is conducted annually by an area certified public accountant which is available through the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). The SPFSA operates on an August 1 - July 31 fiscal year and is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization.
