Applications for Fee Waivers and/or Payment Schedules
It is the policy of the SPFSA that no resident of Scotch Plains  or Fanwood be deprived of the opportunity to participate in club programs due to financial hardship.

To that end, applications for waivers of fees and/or payment schedules can be made directly to the Executive Vice-President of the SPFSA.  The Executive Vice-President will consult with the Treasurer to determine whether the application should be granted in whole, in part or denied.  In the event the Executive Vice-President and the Treasurer cannot agree on the appropriate disposition of a particular application, the matter will be referred to the President of the SPFSA who will make the final decision.

Applications will be considered only on behalf of Scotch Plains and Fanwood residents.  Confidentiality will be maintained.  Only the President, Executive Vice-President and Treasurer will have access to the identity of the applicants.

The Treasurer will maintain a record of each application and its disposition. All questions and concerns should be emailed to the Executive Vice-President. For the 2007-8 Financial Aid Application - download now .
